orders to suppliers, linking each item on the purchase order to its
factory job number and tracking the status and value of all orders
placed. It can report on orders outstanding or partially delivered and
total value of orders placed with nominated supplier or all suppliers
over a designated period. It has an historical search capability
enabling previous orders to be found quickly by date, order number or
supplier. It can also create, copy & modify regular orders with
speed and accuracy.
Companies can buy each system separately or can integrate two or more systems in order to share information and minimise data entry. All three systems can run on a network.
